Welcome to Room ‘A’ Records Creative Music Strategies!
We want to personally welcome you to a music lesson that is unlike any other. We are nontraditional and use a chordal approach to music. Our single goal is to provide an enjoyable and creative experience while simultaneously obtaining results. Together, we shall immerse ourselves in different types of music, songwriting, jazz & rock improvisation, fake book & conventional sight reading, ear training, and much more. We focus upon individual personal interests, thus every lesson will be an adventure in developing YOUR musicianship.

Room ‘A’ Records Cancellation Policy Contact us via email or phone to cancel a lesson (email or 303.674.2277).
CREDITS AND REFUNDS: Due to the generous rain check make-up program, credits or refunds will not be issued to any student who cancels a scheduled lesson. EMERGENCY CIRCUMSTANCES: If your teacher needs to cancel a scheduled lesson for any reason, a make-up lesson will be provided.
CANCELING WITH 24 HOURS NOTICE: If a student cancels a scheduled lesson with 24 HOURS NOTICE, he/she will receive a lesson rain check that must be used within 3 (three) months of the original lesson date. It is the student's responsibility to set up all rain checks. Rain checks are scheduled based on availability. Each student may receive a maximum of 4 (four) rain checks during the school season (September – May). During the summer season (June – August) each student may receive an unlimited amount of lesson rain checks. Rain checks cannot be used towards a standard monthly lesson payment and will expire 3 (three) months after the original lesson date. If a student discontinues lessons for any reason without providing a ONE MONTH NOTICE, all active rain checks will immediately expire. MAKE-UP LESSONS: If a student cancels a scheduled make-up lesson, he/she will not be eligible for another make-up lesson.
CANCELING WITHOUT NOTICE: If a student misses a scheduled lesson and fails to call WITHOUT ANY NOTICE, he/she will be billed for that lesson and will not be eligible for a lesson rain check.
DISCONTINUING LESSONS: If a student needs to discontinue lessons for any reason, a ONE MONTH NOTICE is required and greatly appreciated.
SUMMER POLICY: We encourage students to be as consistent as possible during June, July and August. If you do need to take time off for vacation, we shall gladly accommodate you with an unlimited amount of lesson rain checks to make up the time (assuming 24 hour notice is granted). Please note that credits or refunds will not be issued during the summer months. Students who discontinue for the summer must give ONE MONTH NOTICE. Please note that we are unable to guarantee a lesson time slot in the fall for students who discontinue lessons during the summer. Students who withdraw during the summer may need to be placed on a waiting list when they resume lessons.
POLICY CHANGES & REVISIONS: At any point of time, Room ‘A’ Records reserves the right to revise its cancellation policy.
